Summary: The hosts were very responsive to questions before and during our stay, making this a stress-free experience. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Beds were comfortable and having separate floors allowed maximum privacy. Everything was spotlessly clean.The location is outstanding! Richardson Beach is a wonderful snorkeling and swimming place with a lifeguard and beach showers. We saw whales every day - most often breaching just before sunset. The hosts provide a great assortment of beach and snorkel gear.We spent four nights exploring from Waipio to Volcano National Park and this was a perfect home base.
